	Emerging Company of the Year Integrated BioTherapeutics, Inc. (IBT) Integrated BioTherapeutics, Inc. (IBT), is a research-based biotechnology company dedicated to development of vaccines and therapeutics targeting infectious agents, headquartered in Germantown, Md.
	High Technology Firm of the Year Fairchild Controls Fairchild Controls is an industry-leading aerospace company with engineering and manufacturing facilities located in the heart of Frederick, Maryland.
	STEM Educator of the Year Kim Bickerstaff Kim Bickerstaff, of the Western School of Technology and Environmental Science, a public magnet school in Baltimore County, Md. was honored for her achievement in incorporating science, technology, engineering and math into her ecology and biology classes, as well as the extracurricular activities and events that she sponsors, plans and implements.
	Advocate of the Year Brian Feldman Delegate Brian Feldman's tireless efforts in attracting investment capital to Maryland's Bio-tech industries resulted in House Bill 664, the Biotechnology Investment Incentive Act, which he sponsored and which provides tax incentives to those savvy enough to invest in Maryland's high-tech future.
